Hi Group,

This above picture gives a better view of Where the 2nd Tower will probably B going. Two Towers in an L Shape Formation? Not sure as its been a while since I've been to the Block. When I Worked DT/Beltline as a Courier it was the CIBC Date Centre Site, I Will try to study the Site from Both 12th Ave. S.W,, 2nd St., and the 11th Ave. S.W. Side as well. Having a history of the Block behind Me as such I feel will better position Me to have a What - Mental Ideas of what the block will look like when Both Towers are Completed. OK it Sounds Funny now but having a History Profile of the given areas as such at times is an Asset in the long term of these Projects.

Tnx,
Operater.

Hi Again,

Make it brief. The Above Picture show 2 Brown Brick Bldgs across the street plus Bankers Hall in the back ground. They both have an Interesting History if anyone is interested. Feel Free to Ask sometime.

Tnx,
Operater.

I'm not surprised after The Mark but still disappointed. Cheap back painted spandrel glass. This one is going to be ugly. There's nothing worse than a light coloured spandrel (white) with dark mullion caps.

It doesn't look anything like the rendering with framed sheets of glass. Is this facade part of the tower or podium?

One of them is the old Christy's Arcade building right? I think the second building was a newer one, that was kind of a clone of the original IIRC.

The tower portion.

Unless I'm missing something, I think it looks exactly like the rendering.

Perhaps I'm missing something. I don't see how you could say it looks exactly like the rendering. The rendering shows square windows punched into solid walls. (like 432 Park) This is a flat wall of glass.

I've compared one rendering to what we see, but in this instance it looks the same to me.

It's officially a trend, Calgary's new colors are black and white. That said, it's not a bad thing, it's better then the earth tone stucco we've seen so much of.

double post.

There's a fair amount of black and white across Canada.
