I almost purchased a presale in here back in 2018ish, it didn't work out so its a bittersweet seeing it finish up now. Had a friend that compounded about 20% on his presale.

I just love the location of this one. The more high rise density we can get on the eastern and western ends of the main 17th Ave stretch the better as it will help the vibrancy and street facing restaurants/retail spread beyond the 10th St to 4th St stretch it currently exists on.

The tower is alright as a confluence of different coloured spandrel and balconies. The street townhomes could be confused for industrial park condos. The landscaping is still incomplete. I have concerns how the concrete bunker planters.will be finished.

Another meh infill tower. The material palette does add diversity
