Is Myriad II just a placeholder name? It's pretty confusing given the two projects are blocks away from each other.

I'm going to say it's a placeholder Marcus. There's no permit submitted for it yet. Even after the permit has been submitted the name can still change (and often does)

I would be surprised to see any movement on this. Even tho rental towers are still being built, there will be an awful lot of rental units in the next 2 years. Aside from that, I hope it gets built, another residential tower right in the core would be great.

Yeah, I think you're right about rental towers. there are alot of new rental units that have come on line and many u/c. New builds will be a bit of a reach.

You also have the second tower in the Marriott residence Inn currently under construction, which will be rentals too

Really anywhere along have 7th ave LRT would be excellent for a grocery store, but that's the only place where there's an undeveloped lot, so I take it.
