These are market condos, starting at $315k.

Fantastic, Bowness needs more of this!
Seems like they are going to get it. Not only is the DP for this one approved, but just on the next few blocks over are these two by Gravity Architecture:

There is also this one just to the south, by FAAS:

And around the corner, just as you cross the river from Montgomery, is this one also from FAAS:

There's also this other one in Bowness from UrbanStar. Nice to see all of the proposals in around the main drag. If all of these projects went ahead, the central part of Bowness could have a solid urban village in its core.

Bumping this thread, with sort of good news / bad news situation. It appears the Mosaic Village co-op project is dead. However, the site has been sold to RNDSQR (who were only consulting to the Mosaic Village group earlier), and a large "missing middle" project seems to be happening in its place.

This is the second proposal to change recently from apartment style to row homes. Is it because if costs due to u/g parking? I would have thought the other style would be more efficient cost wise.

Parking would play a big part of it for sure, if not all of it. The old design was 28 units on three lots, and the new design is 52 units on 5 lots....~10 units per lot for both design, but with the rowhomes the parking will be carports at the alley.
