Starting a thread for Midfield Heights now that the City is marketing the lots for sale to builders. Information on the project can be found here. I will use this thread to track the individual DPs/projects as they come in, similar to the West District and Springbank Hill threads.

Located on an iconic gateway into Calgary, Midfield Heights is being redeveloped to encompass a mixed use village with high quality urban design, with a mix of retail and housing options.

There were plans for a redevelopment of this site. A DP was submitted in Novmeber of 2021

Not a DP, but a land use redesignation, which was approved I think. So, if Midfield is successful, hopefully the owners of the Amabassador Inn parcel see the success and move forward with their own project.
