Seems like the Coop store also shifted half a block? They'll have to dig out the underground levels and build the entire podium, doesn't that make phase 2/3 more likely? Whereas many of the ones that don't end up getting built, like the third building of BLVD, it's built with the option to connect the underground, but the underground portion was never completed.
