Seems to vary. N3 which is next door has only visitor parking

The city has bent the rules here and there. There are some affordable homes projects that have no parking, and Kit at Kensington has parking, but the parking minimum was relaxed.

Nice to see more activity in EV, first Vibe and now these. If they ever split up the DIC and move it, EV will take off like a rocket.

If the DIC closes by the time Scotia Place opens and all these projects are well underway and nearing completion, I expect the empty lots to have something proposed, including that one south of the Superstore they just cleared. There's just too many other positive things going for East Village. At least to me proximity to a Grand Central, the Culture and Entertainment options, and whatever the Calgary Stampede ends up doing is hard to not get excited about.

Edit: That doesn't even include the amenity that Confluence is and the River Pathway.
