Access from the south is bad, yeah. But I don't really understand the issue with 4A street from the north and west. Walking there reminded me of crossing Haultain Park to go to that food hall. There's street parking, a sidewalk, and the path through the park is shoveled. The traffic moves slowly. So much nicer and more direct than any other direction, and I never set foot on a driveway, curb cut or parking lot.
