The first residential building is topped out. I haven't been by the site in a while, but I know they started the second building a while back.

The first building is office where Trico is moving their headquarters to.

I wonder if we are talking about the same thing? As it stands now there's a topped out 6 storey building. I was told it's residential and from the looks of it, I would say it is. There is another building under construction that I was told was for residential also. Is the first building a smaller one that's already finished?

I haven't been to the site myself, but I know there are two phases to the project. First phase is 3 x 6 storey residential buildings, and the second phase is two more buildings. There may be another building in the mix that Trico will be using as offices, that isn't part of the 5 residential buildings. Or maybe Trico's offices are going into one of the residential buildings? IIRC some of the buildings were to have retail and office space.
