Another office to residential conversion in the Beltline on 11th ave. I seem to run across a new office conversion every couple of weeks. We’re prob running close to all time boom peaks for u/c residential units in the city centre with the amount of conversions plus new construction and more towers likely starting soon.

Also, this nearby conversion on 12th ave is well underway.

The back of this has almost all of its new windows. I get Noble Pie too often, you wouldn't like it, so see the progress.

This conversion works for me. I like the white and the reuse of the geese mural. Smart and quick conversion.

Looks like the ground level tenants (Rage Fitness for example) are still open - wonder if they’re staying open during reno?

Looks like demolition has at least started on the interior on the east side of building, but west side looked like still fixtures and office equipment in the windows (from what I could see).
