Generally for smaller infill projects around the city, that are say 6 to 24 units or something like that. I thought I would throw out a thread for this seeing as there is a fair amount of it happening around the city.

17th ave is becoming a good little stretch with quite a few 3-4 story condos now. Biking down that street I'm quite happy with the street presence they have. With mainly single family homes / duplexes across the street they are not too imposing and have good setbacks. Plus they create a nice buffer from 16th ave. And even more shocking as some people believe the streets aren't overflowing with cars
