Hopefully the community association steps in to stick up for people who like baseball, but only enough to play on the half-sized fields.

It does look like in the first phase they'll maintain the existing trees along Sarcee Road. That park in the parking lot is so pointless, they should just save their money.

To be fair, those are good for younger kids in little league. In May and June, at least in other neighbourhoods, basically every diamond is booked with something on weekdays from 5-8 PM.
