Is it really acceptable for a developer of an end block to give you one nice facade and just be like "yeah ignore the 150ft wall of depressing metal facade down the other street?"

A little birdie told me this is likely going to Calgary Planning Commission next month.
Will be interesting to see if Arlington starts construction soon after, I'm skeptical with them already having Enzo underway but you never know.

Yay! Super fitting and handsome design for the area. Hopefully, we see some bumpouts or something to improve the ped realm for that intersection on 17 and 5a.
