These aren't condos? I note the sign that says "luxury rentals". Is Sarina changing this to a rental property?

They seemed to shift during development of the Harrison building. I assume it’s because the market for condos was soft when they were trying to sell presale units in Harrison and sell the remaining units in Coco. I know someone who actually had put a deposit on a pre-sale commercial unit in Harrison before Sarina pivoted.

It's "ok". A few architectural errors and some weird proportions.
The wall at the sidewalk isn't going to age well. The black, I'm assuming smartboard or equiv., at the face of the balcony edges already looks rough. Not a leaf in sight or a spot for anything to grow. The install of any material doesn't look crisp.

From what I understand, it's already 75% occupied. No problem filling this one up. . . . but not "affordable housing" but any stretch
