We’re seeing a lot of conversions suddenly going, is this tied to the interest rates dropping?

I suspect that all of the logistics and planning involved was more so the reason. I doubt all of them were able to start at the drop of a dime following interest rate cuts.

Interior construction going on. How many total residential units are currently being added through office to residential conversions in the core? I see a lot of smaller offices being converted right now.

When I first moved to Calgary back in 2005, this building was where I worked out of for the first 16 months. Didn't even have an office, just a desk at the end of a hallway, between two other offices.

Seems quite a few of us have worked there! It was also known as the "Hangover" during my two years there back about a decade ago.

I never worked there, but had a client in the Hannover building. It recall it being adequate as an office building, but I mostly liked to go there to watch the construction of the Bow.

Scaffolding going up on 6th Ave this morning. I assume they're getting ready to do some minor exterior work.

Up to the 8th Floor for new windows that open on the east side of the building. Doesn't look like much more interior finishing has been done.

Can we get the spelling of the building corrected? Every other source I've found for the building has it spelt Hanover instead of Hannover.

New windows installed on all floors and they have taken down the scaffolding on the east side of the building. Interior work looks to be progressing too.

Hanover receives the most faithful conversion award... are we sure it didn't always have those windows?
