Between this and the new retail at the old Jack Carter (that isn't Spirit Halloween... haha) the few blocks here will feel pretty different.

Honestly looks pretty nice and the street is relatively narrow... but then you got Glenmore roaring on the other side :/
I would love to see it capped in this area

It's really too bad this wasn't a consideration when this section was redone.
I would argue it's impossible now with all the on/off ramps and over passes so close together. It cuts off any connectivity that could've been realized.
