Not sure I even want ASI developing more sites, their track record isn't good right now.
Why? As others said The Windsor turned out really good. Despite development difficulties, in the end, its what ends up standing that counts!

ASI's project look good enough, the concern is whether they can finish any more projects. The Windsor barely made it to the finish line due to contractors not being paid, and you have to wonder how they'll do going forward. I wish them well, I haven't heard good things about them.

I second this. The newer renderings of this project are also horrendous. They've completely value engineered it so it resembles something that belongs by the airport. Does anyone have these renderings handy? I can't find them

Nyhoff did the early renders and feasibility study from what I gather. Unfortunately that office left Calgary.
