Hopefully this one does not take as long as The Concord Ph 1 to sell. It is a luxury condo but not as premium as The Concord. It will be good test for where the condo market is going.

I like the general design but I'm unsure how I feel about it being so dark. Could look good, or it could really stand out (in a bad way). All in all I'm glad this is being proposed though. There are FAR too many empty lots in Eau Claire

This comment from the CA made me chuckle as Eau Claire probably has more gaudy, past their prime, looking condos than any area of Calgary.
