A somewhat smaller infill building in Crescent Heights, but given it isn't the new townhome with basement suites style that is so prevalent, I figured it was worth a thread. An actual parkade, lobby and elevator apartment building:

Looks decent enough for filler. And it appears to be using some actual brick, which is nice.

I really like these kinds of proposals, if I had my way, I'd have a couple hundred more of these built around the inner city.

I'd take that...under the condition that any street-facing facades have to be brick or stone. Keep the ugly panel crap to the back/sides.
