I wouldn't base any kind of prediction off an article from Richard While....There is also the Wexford proposal on the old Co-op # 1 site however I don't see either development going ahead. See current state of market

No. The prediction is based on the assessments that Vancouver based developers have shared with him. Those assessments are consistent with what I have been hearing from other sources in the multi-family industry. The hi-rise condo market is dead. The only way it is going to come back to life isI wouldn't base any kind of prediction off an article from Richard While....
This would also be my pick if it was up to me. This would be the order I'd go with..If I had my pick for ones I'd like to see go ahead, this would be the one.
Same ones for me.This would also be my pick if it was up to me. This would be the order I'd go with..
1 - Connaught Gardens
2 - Fishmans
3 - First and Park
4 - 4th street Lofts
5 - 526 - 4th ave.
Any of those would be fine. Fishman's and the 17th boutique hotel would be my pick. This would also be my pick if it was up to me. This would be the order I'd go with..
