As requested by @BobtheDog here is a thread for Truman's Clover project, up in the new community of Carrington. It is one of the larger projects going in at what is supposed to be the future urban corridor precinct of the Keystone Hills ASP.

The DP was approved a while ago, 4 buildings, 432 units.

It is insane how much they have. I typically don't create threads for their suburban projects (unless it is a broader masterplan like West District), but we had the request for this one.

It will allegedly break ground Q1 2025, Currently in Tender Stage.

4 buildings:
4000 (105 Units, 6S), will have ~650 SF retail space.
3000 (94 Units, 6S), will have ~ 550 SF retail space.
2000 (113 Units, 5S)
1000 (103 Units, 5S)

Somehow 22 minutes drive from MRU..
