Hi,
These so Called "Affordable Housing Projects" maybe Interesting in their Own
Rights and what have you, but I do Admit I Find it Questionable in Regards to
what is Affordable and the Type of People Who Live in These Projects. It Takes
a Lot of Responsibility for the Upkeep and Mintinence to Keep these Projects in
Livable Conditions. I Feel Strict Rules will make These Projects Worth While in the Long Term.To do Otherwise is a Loss for Others in the Long Term and Won't
Make it Worth Living In. I Have seen a Lot of Affordable Housing Projects go
Down Hill because No One Made the Efforts to Take Care of the Projects in the First Place. Just My Observations Based on 4 Years of Appraisel When I
was Living in Mtl. Tnx.
