Here's a question. Can adding extra money to fight an appeal actually make a difference? They plan to hire a lawyer, but would it really make a difference? Just curious.
Land Use is already approved. The lawyer may help delay the DP for a short while so they can maximize the drag time on appeals but ultimately they will be burning up residents crowd-funded money to make nominal impact on the development in any way.Being able to hire professionals to fight the case for you will certainly help.
