I think so. I’ve gone past it a couple of times this summer and there hasn’t been any action.

I'm surprised how many stalled projects there are around considering the housing shortage.

Some of these smaller projects must have been proposed with financing tied to lower interest rates, and are now in limbo.

The project seems to have stalled again 
There was a driller on site at one time, but it doesn't look like piles were installed. It could be that they had the excavator levelling the are in preparation for drilling. Let's hope.
