This one has been a long time coming. My friend hasn't lived in the condos behind this project in years and I can remember going to visist and this project was starting out. I went to look for the design and was quite pleasantly surprised. They won't be the tallest buildings for the area, but they may end up being the nicest in Calgary's oldest high-rise condo neighbourhood.

I didn't know this project was around for a while. For myself, it kinda came out of nowhere. I remember driving part it one day when they were digging and wondering what was going on.

Maybe it was one of those ones that started life as one project, but got hit by the downturn then changed hands.

Quite possible. I used to keep informed on Calgary's developments from SSC, but they were never up to date on information.
