Off topic, how much is left to do on the monestary expansion? I'm surprised to see it looking so unfinished in that shot.

I feel like that monastery has been in perpetual renovation/construction mode for a decade.

It still has a ways to go yet. It's a Buddhist monastery so maybe they need to build up a certain amount of good vibes and karma before starting each stage.

The building is okay, but the materials are the so much the same as Aura and Union Square. I wish the gray was more metallic looking.
