Went to Superstore yesterday so I figured I’d grab a shot.

Terrible potato shot, but can see that the first rebar is up. This thing is gonna move quiiiick.

Oddly, one of my favorite things about this project is the way it will fill the gap in the skyline. When looking at downtown from the north, there's currently a pretty wide gap between the core and east village, but I think this tower will really nicely fill that hole and create a pretty much unbroken skyline from east to west.

Exactly what Im thinking as well!
 
And it will be the perfect step up between Evolution (current tallest in EV at 108m) at 34 meters taller.

Concord doesn’t have one. Can’t think of any others. It always baffled me that 6th and 10th put their pool and amenity balcony not only outdoors, but on the north side entirely behind the tower.
