Hi All,

I have been Reading all the Pros/Cons about weather there will B Two Towers etc. Construction may have Slowed Down Somewhat, but still feel that the Dvlpr Still
has a lot of Confidence in the Calgary Economy or Else the Project would have been Capted a While Back. Still Feel Both Towers will GO but just not as Quick as we would Like them to. Passing Thoughts. Better to Get it Right the First Even if It Takes a Bit Longer,

Tnx,
Operater.

The retail and residential are separate developments. I don't see confidence on the residential side. They haven't started preselling. Towers will be built. Too much has already been invested in them. When and by whom is unconfirmed.

I think its wasn't a lack of confidence, CMLC made it clear in their post in the beginning of the year. CMLC saw that there was already too much inventory in the market so this year wasn't a good time to start pre sales. They are expected to start next year hopefully. I think they were considering that there would be too many EV condo units that would be completed and available by the end of this year, but realistically given its location and the rest of the EV projects, I think they could have easily sold at least 60% of tower 1, but once again they didn't wanna dump more units into the already unbalanced condo market. I think it was just more of a strategic move on their end, it doesn't hurt to start pre sales, but they abandoned the whole idea for this year without even testing the response they would get.

Hi,
Hey Gsunnyg, Points Well Taken. Guess We Can only wait and see what happens really. Things Like an Elections, Both Provincial/Federal the Hated Carbon Tax and Other Matters I Feel will have a Impact of Sorts on Calgary's Economic Future. I Hope will B Positive, Somehow I Feel Dvlprs are Quietly Sitting on the Side Lines Hoping for the
Better, Lets Hope So.

Tnx,

Thanks for the updates.

It feels like this one is taking forever. I think original occupancy was suppose to be fall 2018 for the City Market.

Yeah, it's an entire city block. Pretty wild.

Once they get the two towers built this thing is going to be a behemoth, it's already giving me major inner Toronto vibes.

Hi,
I am Hoping the TWO TOWERS Still GO UP! For the Money Going in for the Lower Levels of the Projects It Would Make it Worth While to Have some Money Coming In to Keep the Projects Going.

Tnx,
Operater.
