Judging from the column distances and an assumed 200mm slab, it looks on the smaller size of standard for a ~150m residential tower, although oddly outlined, as mentioned above. It'll make for something respectably slender.

The first tower was definitely more stout.
 

That first photo looks to have been taken from the rooftop of the Club Arris swimming pool. Nice!

4 elevator shafts in the core of the second tower. Interesting.

Are the 2 bedroom suites in the west tower larger than in the east tower? Arris seems to have more abundant square footage in its larger suites than most other new high rise builds. A good thing.
 
Yeah with a 40+ story tower I believe you have to have 4 cars now.
Yeah there are more larger units then the east tower, only two units under 700sqft per floor, there is one over 1250 per floor and 6 units in between. All the two bedrooms are at least 1000 sqft.
East tower had 3 under 700 per floor; none over 1250, and 6 units in between.
Basically a one bedroom was cut for a bigger two bedroom with den
