Not sure. They are reducing the size of a lot of the units though.

I'm thinking if they are making smaller units, they'll need a redesign to accommodate windows and balconies, but can keep the main footprint of the building. A redesign might be good, but might mean value engineering if it's going to be rentals.

What concerns me about the podium is that it seems like too much is going on. Can't really tell what they were trying to do with the concept. If they just stuck to one or two themes for colours and materials it would have been better, guess we're gonna have to wait and see how the final result turns out.

Looks decent, definitely a lot going on. Need more of the cladding up to really see what they are trying to do. Too bad there won't be a tower for a while, that would help bring it together more I bet.
