I have also heard this.

The west tower is now going to be sold as condominiums. The east tower will remain rentals.
West tower is currently scheduled for showings, sales and occupation in October/November.

Probably a good time to market them for sale. Prices for apartment units have been going up in Calgary

If condos right next to the DIC sell, then that should really inspire confidence in the EV.
