correct and there are couple pictures from the deck showing that corner with the steps in the slab

I live in the East tower. Very well managed building. I may consider moving over to the new tower once it’s finished. An impressive complex.

Any particular reason outside of design that there would be steps on that corner? To the uninformed, it seems like an additional cost with not much benefit/value?

There is a floor plan change on L37 where the sky suites start. That unit ends up with a patio. The step creates an area for insulation and drainage
