I Didn't Realize There are Going to B Two Towers Going Up at Some Point in Time. As Dumb as it Sounds - Woops, I Knew About the Stores and at Least 1 Tower On the
East End 40 Flrs as Such. Just Wondering How Many are Going in On the 2nd Tower. To make the Whole Thing Viable, I have to Presume It Makes More Sence to Build Both Now and Avoid Future Cost Increases While Costs are Lower. To Make the Super Market a Going Concern, You Need a Large Buying Area as Such. With TWO Towers Plus all the Other Bldgs Completed or Under Construction It Makes the Super Market and Drug Store Worth While. Just Saying it as I See it.

Hi Again,

Notice that Parking Structure on the South East Side of 6/3 S.E. The Boys in Blue Always Used it to Keep Their Cars in Good Repair - Good to Go When They Were DT Across From Now Nenshi's Palace. This Was When I Couriered in DT. Just Wondering if It Stays for Now for All Those Good Boys and Girls at City Hall. I Look at that Block as Prime Redevelopement Opportunities Really.

Costs usually go hand in hand with the sales price. It's risky to speculate on future sales by building first. There is no saving either if you need outside financing. The more risk , the higher the interest rate.
 
This one is retail. They can't dick around and tell tenants they will be 6 months late on delivery.
 
Third crane is now up on the site, although I see neither of my pictures caught the edge of it. It is on the east end of the site near where the photos were taken from.
