Sunnyside/Hillhurst is really the complete area, and it keeps improving with mid-sized projects here and there. The perfect example of a neighborhood with organic growth.

Sunnyside, Mission, and Inglewood all have nice diversity and organic growth and could easily be considered destination neighborhoods. I guess you could add Marda Loop into that category also, if not it's definitely approaching it. Bridgeland is kind of there too....not quite a full on destination neighborhood yet. It needs a couple more restos/bars/pubs to push it into that level, and with the new developments there, it'll probably do the trick. Even just adding General Block will make a difference.

Nice! Glass looks good. Looking forward to seeing the exterior shape up, seems like a simple and clean design.
