Nice!
Good to see companies moving downtown. We need to get the high vacancy rate down so see more new projects proposed.
 
I think they did really good job on this tower. Follow through on decent materials, good plaza interaction with the train station and nice garden/stair area. All that being said I do miss ornamentation and the use of brick and stone for exterior materials. I know that time has passed but I just don't get the same feeling from the more sterile contemporary designs.

I much prefer the modern design and contemporary look. To each their own I suppose.
That glass roof space is awesome !
