Looks good. That alleyway is going to be one busy place once this and Truman‘s project are built. Hopefully the underground parking entrances aren’t directly opposite each other.

It’s good, old-fashioned average filler. I’m happy to see these developments go up near the Westbrook station even if it’s not right at the station, the extra density going up around it will eventually spur some major development at the station itself.

And despite being not right at the station, It's only 150m to the station. It's 9 minutes from Westbrook LRT to 6th Street SW Station. Total commute time to centre of downtown from this proposal's front door is a reliable 15 minutes by transit. That's really impressive.

If the area pops up some more restaurants and retail - building on a healthy base that's already there - I think we are looking at one of Calgary's next true nodes of urban living around Westbrook. Westbrook is better connected and has a higher capacity than Marda Loop to support growth. Who knows 20 years from now, Westbrook might even have a night life!
