It has been slow. I drove past there earlier today and there was work happening but I think like maybe six or seven guys total.

I passed by there today and there was no activity, but that could be due to cold weather.

All the construction sites have been quiet due to the cold. I passed by Dorian and there was nobody on site.

Most sites run with a skeleton crew in temps like this. This job did seem to be quite slow while it was still warm though.
