When these projects are completed, I won't be surprised if it truly kicks off 10 Ave turning into a main street vibe for Sunalta. Mix the population boom in with the two breweries already there, and it's destined to bring more foot traffic, and more businesses.

Truly feels like it's turning from nothing, into something.

Despite the Hat on 4th and Sunalta Towers being larger project, this one may actually have the most positive impact on 10th. That empty lot on the corner really brought down the intersection and that part of 10th ave.
