Definitely should be happening sometime this decade. Can't confirm, but heard off hand that those two are on deck as the next main street projects.Both 10th Ave and 14th Street are on listed on the main streets program as medium term priorities, so it is in the works. So hopefully in the next 5-10 years we'll see some action. That being said 14th Street is in dire need of a face lift, so the sooner the better imo.

Olive Chicken is gone; it shut down at the end of August. It's been replaced by Ogam Chicken Express.

They are pretty good, at least based on my experience with their Chinook location. But Olive was my low key gem. Alas

I've been to both Olive and Ogam multiple times and would rate them as having similar and excellent chicken. Better than Cluck & Cleaver in my experience, which is also beaten on a value-for-money basis by Popeye's.
Fun fact: this strip mall / plaza was developed specifically by and for the Korean business community; it's a planned example of an agglomeration economy.

I would echo what @ByeByeBaby said for everything in their chicken paragraph. At least good chicken remains in that plaza. (That 14 Street area is chicken central essentially)

I prefer Cluck and Cleaver all things equal, but value-wise, I think Popeye's is the best, followed by Ogam.

Popeye's is surprisingly good for a large fast food chain.
