A new 5 storey, 51 unit apartment building just north of SAIT has been applied for. A bit unique in that it has zero parking (well, 4 visitor stalls off the lane, but that is it).

Looks decent enough. This area of 16th badly needs some love. Filling in some of these parking lots and derelict houses with some multi would be a great start.

It’s a good fit for the location. Colour choices could have been better, I would’ve gone with either charcoal or white brick, and two accent colors, but I’m not going to lose sleep over the colours. It’s off on a side street, and it fulfils its purpose.
