My bad, don’t pop in enough to realize how many of these are posted. Is something to be said about the context of buildings around it though?

The sun in those units would be brutal in the summer and a godsend in the winter lol.

Even in wintertime, it might be a bit much. We often close our blinds from 10:30 - 3:00, as the sun really beats in and heats the place up.

If so, that's really interesting for modern high rise to not have AC.
