If you are a self respecting architect and a client completely bastardized your vision, is there any recourse available to the architect? I mean, I would not want platform associated with my firm if they completely failed to live up to the vision.

The Architect can walk away from the project if they don't like it. They don't get paid that way though, and they are trying to run a business.

I bet the Beltline slopes 7m down between 11 Street and Victoria Park. Perhaps they mean absolute height ? :)

The other clever out you could give them is the Guardians top 2+ floors are giant penthouses for those brothers, so not accessible housing option for rentals. So technically a higher floor for a rental!
