According to the city website a DP was issued over a year ago. I don't know who's backing this development, but unless it's one of the larger backers (aimco, bcimc, etc..) I wouldn't expect this to be going ahead any time soon.

It is a condo project if I recall correctly. They will likely need pre-sales prior to any sort of construction happening.

Interesting combo. My gut feeling tells me this one won't be one of the ones going ahead, but stranger things have happened.
