That roof will be fun to soffit and trough.
Kind of suburban looking with the peaked roofs and siding, but 100 times better than what's there. A decent infill project.

Looks like a nice little proposal. I'm a fan of the tall thin townhomes, so this appeals to me.

That site has been a mega for crime lately. One of the houses was boarded up and taped off by CPS. Big improvement for that corner

I'm not sure if something's happening with this one, but there is construction fencing around the site.

IT's been there for awhile. Sales centre is up the hill on Edmonton Trail in the building that Bratopia is in.

They ripped down the last house a week or so back. Must be close to starting this one ?

I think the project is stalled again. The foundations have been poured but there hasn’t been activity the last couple of times I’ve passed by.
