Hi,
This will B Interesting. to watch. Lets hope it will B to Calgary's Skyline in the Future.

Tnx,
Operater.

Some updated renders provided by Kirkor. Not sure how I feel about the wood cladding now, but overall, this project is excellent... another raise of the bar.

You are the king of finding new renders!

Yeah, the wood paneling will be interesting. It's cement fiber board, similar to what's on Marriott Residence Inn, so the coloring will be hard to determine until it's actually installed. Luckily it's not in huge quantities like it is at the Marriott. If done right, it could look pretty good.

I really like the scale and the feel of the corner podium. Not sure how the composite paneling will look when it's done, but that podium section is m favorite part of the project. I also like how the tower portion is set back away from the intersection and the low rise portion fronts the park and intersection.

Tbh the design for this one does feel quite dated but hopefully the street level of the building will make up for it with density.

Really? I don't see how it's dated at all. We haven't seen a design like this in Calgary before other than Evolution in East Village. The podium on this one is groundbreaking by comparison to all of our other recent projects except Evolution and Royal.
