Hi All,
A few Questions in Regards to the Site/Project etc. I Didn't Realize that the 2nd Bldg going Up Was Part of Hines Dvlpmnt. For some reasons I was Under the Impressions It was Some One Else's Project. Will It also Go Up at the Same Time or will It B a Phase Two Project at a Later Time? Also I Notice that Little 5 Storey Bldg (525 11th Ave) in the Back Ground in a Lot of the Pictures. Anyone Know it that Site is Due for Redevelopement etc, I stand Corrected if Not but come away with the Feelings that Bldg and
the Rest of the Block is Prime Redevelopement Territory.

Hines is just building the first tower for now, the second one is a future phase with a separate DP that has yet to be submitted.

The NW corner is probably bottomed out.

It's not very deep. Closer to two floors down than three. With 450 units, I'm expecting five or six floors underground.
