I don’t know which project this is, but something is under construction on 19th ave in Mission. There were some people on site working away so I assume it’s under construction.

Mission 19 by Gravity Architecture. Some trees and a couple of houses got taken down just recently. From the page it looks to be condos instead of rental units - great for mission

Build a few hundred more of these please. This is a great scale for inner city neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, Kilarney, Renfrew etc..

sucks the city is raising taxes on businesses again but the density in this area means vibrancy cant fail.

This is the perfect build for an inner city street that's not a high street. Doesn't need retail at that location, just decent density that nice to look at.

Mission keeps on rolling. In fact all of Calgary‘s inner-city destinations neighbourhoods continue to roll. Every time a project is finishing up it seems a new one starts.
Calgary's bigger inner city neighborhoods - Kensington, Mission, Bridgeland Inglewood, Marda Loop - are developed to a point now where there's no stopping the momentum. Places like Capitol Hill, Renfrew, Kilarney, West Hillhurst, Bowness and Montgomery to name a few, are the next places to start taking off.

Inglewood has slowed down lately, but the others are still going strong and have up and coming proposals.
