Wow. Perfect scale and pedestrian treatment - a whole streets-worth too, not just a single building. A rare west facing main street with good sunlight too. A decade from now this is a top-level patio strip if all goes well.

Let's hope the City (or maybe even Truman if they are feeling generous) pays to complete the streetscape for 33rd in front of that existing building. It is terrible right now, often actually being used as a front parking lot

Ugghh... it has been a while since I looked closely at this building. It has not aged well. Let's hope whoever owns it gets shamed into cleaning it up a bit when Truman builds.

i was by there today, noticed theyve already demo’d some houses behind 33rd. looks pretty much ready to rumble.

Kinda look like University District, was just there and have to say how happy I am with how that one is turning out. Would be great to replicate that success at Westbrook!
