Hard to believe Riddell Kurczaba is doing this one..the same architectural firm doing M2. Also, I think there is only suppose to be 6 floors max.

I'm not crazy about it, but I wonder how much of the yuckiness is due to the render not being great quality? Either way, more glass would pull this from the fire.
Yep, too much stucco. The bad quality of the rendering actually does a good job showing what the stucco will look like in 10 years.

The render looks like it was done in SketchUp lol. Definitely not a good looking project, and why the Juliette Balconies, such a waste.
