This looks like an infill project, but because it's over 25 units I've created a thread for it.

The timing for the thread is because it looks to be starting construction.

Was confused by the geometry of this at first, since these long-edge rowhomes tend to only produce 4 units, while this one has 8.
Looks like the lot depth is ~30ft more than typical -- the setback and lack of garage squeeze in another couple units.
Bonkers.

Would love to see some bike lanes on 19 there, and then we could trial 19 x 24 as a serious protected bike intersection. That 24 Ave corridor doesn't get as much love as it deserves.
 
It feels like this has gone up stoopidly fast. Not even a couple months ago I was biking through here every day next to a dirt patch.

Design has definitely changed. Not as shocking that this can fit across 2 lots. Pretty standard. Nice to get a couple extra units instead of a parking garage though, and the corner store!!

Here's hoping the derelict home to the north gets a similar treatment.
